Refund Policy

This strictly non-refundable policy applies to all products and add-ons across the platform:

• Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Studio, Team): Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no prorated refunds are issued.
• Credit Packs (500 / 1,500 / 3,500 credits): All credit pack purchases are non-refundable, whether credits are consumed or remain unused.
• Cloud Storage Add-Ons (+25, +50, +100, +250, +500 image slots): Storage extension slots are permanent and non-refundable.
• LoRA Model Training ($250 / $350 / $800): Custom model training is non-refundable, regardless of the output quality or satisfaction.

Credits are digital computational units consumed when using our AI rendering workflows. Once consumed, they cannot be restored.

System Error Protection: If an AI generation fails due to a system error on our end (e.g. backend GPU timeout, server crash), the credits for that generation are automatically restored to your balance. This is an automated in-platform credit restoration, not a cash refund.

Generating explicit nudity or NSFW imagery is strictly prohibited on our platform.

Any credits deducted as a penalty for attempting to generate prohibited content are permanently forfeited and will never be restored under any circumstances.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to your plan benefits until the end of the paid billing period. After this, your account is downgraded to the Free tier.

No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused days or unused credits during your current cycle.

Account Suspension Warning:

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting our support team directly will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, active subscriptions, and custom LoRA models.
