Age Requirement: 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to use our AI generation tools. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• You must provide accurate information when registering for your AI fashion studio account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including generation history and API usage.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access.

ComfyUIFlows Studio offers tiered subscription plans:

B2B / Academy Student Squads: Students accessing the platform via an approved B2B partner (such as Graphor Academy) do so under the terms of a master Team account. Credits are pooled and centrally managed by the partner organization. We reserve the right to audit, suspend, or terminate individual student accounts within a partner group if they violate any of these Terms.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your benefits will be downgraded to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period, but any remaining unused credits will stay active until consumed.

Running AI inferences (such as Virtual Try-On or 4K Upscaling) consumes digital Credits.

• Commercial Rights: Users on paid subscriptions retain full commercial rights to the AI images they generate using our styling and processing tools, subject to these Terms.
• Pay-As-You-Go Credits: Additional credits can be purchased as one-time add-ons (1,000 / 5,000 / 15,000 credits). These credits never expire.
• Cloud Storage Add-Ons: Additional image storage slots can be purchased. Storage add-ons are permanent and tied to your account.
• Limits: Each plan includes a base gallery storage limit. If your storage is full, you must delete existing images or upgrade to continue generating.

AI Assistant: The Studio Assistant is an AI-powered conversational helper integrated into the platform. It uses Google Gemini to answer questions about tools, generate prompts, and provide workflow guidance.

Daily Usage Limits: Each subscription plan includes a daily message limit for the Studio Assistant: Free (5 messages/day), Community (15), Starter (20), Pro (35), Studio (100), Team / Student Squad (250). Admin accounts have unlimited access. Limits reset at midnight UTC each day.

Voice Input: The Studio Assistant supports optional voice input powered by the Web Speech API built into your browser. Voice is processed locally on your device — no raw audio data is sent to or stored on our servers. Only the resulting text transcript is submitted as a message.

Included Training: The Team subscription plan includes one (1) Custom LoRA Model Training at no additional cost.

Add-Ons: Users on any plan may purchase standalone LoRA training sessions: Face Model ($250), Style/Clothing LoRA ($350), or Team Training up to 5 faces ($800).

License: When you submit training data (images and captions), you grant us a limited license to process and temporarily store your dataset exclusively for the purpose of training your custom model.

Retention: Trained LoRA model files are made available for download for seven (7) days after completion. After this period, the files may be automatically removed from our servers.

Do not use our Virtual Try-On or Face Swap services to generate non-consensual deepfakes, defamatory material, or illegal content.

You must hold the necessary rights to any reference images you upload (e.g., target faces, source garments, or brand logos).

AS-IS Service: Given the unpredictable nature of generative AI, we do not guarantee perfectly photorealistic outputs or flawless text rendering on every generation attempt.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of generated assets.

Indemnification: You agree to defend and indemnify ComfyUIFlows Studio from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your generated content or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States of America.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA in Kalispell, Montana (or via teleconference).

CLASS ACTION WAIVER & JURY TRIAL WAIVER ARE ENFORCED.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to admin@comfyuiflows.com within 30 days of account creation.

DMCA Policy: Submit DMCA copyright notices to admin@comfyuiflows.com with all required statutory information.
